GYMNASTICS FOR CROSSFIT

This specialty class at CFCU is designed to include a wide variety of participants at any ability level. With a focus on improving bodyweight skills and gymnastic techniques, Gymnastics for CrossFit @ CFCU aims to help you improve your gymnastic skills and apply them to CrossFit WODs.
