Get Started

Ok.

You did it.

Maybe you’ve been looking at CrossFit sites online for a while now, or maybe you saw somebody wearing a spiffy CrossFit shirt, or maybe you’ve got that one friend who absolutely loves CrossFit and will simply not shut up about it… and now you’ve clicked on the “Get Started” link.

Now what?

Well, we’re thrilled to have you checking out online, but there’s no substitute for experiencing CrossFitCU first-hand.

Step 1: Sign up for a Free Intro Session and Workout

At 10AM on the first and third Saturdays of each month we host a free intro session to give you a chance to get to know us and for us to get to know you.  Click here to sign up for the intro session.  (Just create your account and select the Saturday for you want to sign up!)

At the intro session, we’ll cover the basics of who we are and what we do.  You’ll be able to ask any questions you like about CrossFit, our program and our policies.  We’ll wrap things up with a free intro workout in which you’ll get to experience the small-group coaching atmosphere and a sampling of a typical CrossFitCU workout (don’t worry, we guarantee it’s something you can do!).

If Saturdays at 10AM absolutely don’t work for you, we’d be happy to set up another time.  Just email us and ask!

Step 2: Join the On-Ramp

The On-Ramp program is two weeks of two sessions per week designed to introduce you to the movements and methods that make up the core of CrossFitCU’s training.  On-Ramp session times are as shown on our training schedule page.  On Ramps start on the Mondays following the the Intro Sessions.

Step 3: Become a CFCU Athlete

You’re armed with the basic tools and have had a taste of what we’re about, now you’re ready to see what you’re made of. With workouts scaled to your ability and designed to increase your capacity, you’ll be off to and running (both figuratively and literally) and on your way to new levels of fitness.
